The Jonas Brothers Talk Christmas Ornaments
The Jonas Brothers sat down with People.com to share their favorite things about their favorite holiday — Christmas!
Nick, 16, Joe, 19, and Kevin, 21, will be spending Christmas with their family in their new home in Dallas this year. The brothers shared some of their favorite things, which include making Christmas cookies with their mom, Denise. “[It's a] five-day event,” they shared.
Nick’s favorite Christmas ornament: “I love the ones I have from when I was in (a Broadway production of) A Christmas Carol, especially the Ghost of Christmas Past. Those are good memories for me,” he says.
Joe can’t wait to put up the tree: “Ever since I was little, that was the one I couldn’t wait to put on the tree every year. We think if we wear them inside out [our pajamas], then it will snow.”
Kevin is the official light helper: “It’s a huge ordeal in our family to wrap the Christmas lights around the tree properly. My dad is kind of, you know, very, very particular.”
Zac Efron is a Gadget Guy
Zac Efron called into New Zealand radio station ZM 91.0 on Friday, November 14th and talked with DJ Polly on gadgets, high school and actor Christopher Walken.
Not only did Zac, 21, confess that he’s a gadget kind of guy, he also shared what the hardest thing about high school was for him was. He said, “Probably the academics. I was in all advanced classes, I took advanced placement English and history and that was pretty time consuming. I was very focused on that.”
The High School Musical leading man also shared that he couldn’t believe that he was in a movie (Hairspray) with actor Christopher Walken. He said, “I’ve enjoyed most of his movies at this point and he’s just a huge talent. I remember I was doing a table read and I just couldn’t believe that I was sitting so close to this guy. He sounds exactly the same in real life, it’s amazing.”

High School Musical hottie Corbin Bleu has a new album coming out called Speed of Light, his label Hollywood Records confirms to JustJaredJr.com.

Hilary Duff Scores Own NBC Show
Hilary Duff will start in her own TV series on NBC, reports Variety.
The deal with NBC also will have the 21-year-old singer/actress meet with writers and choose which current NBC shows to guest star in.
NBC Entertainment exec VP Teri Weinberg said they signed the Duffster because she has a “huge following”.
Hil will next be seen in the 2009 features Safety Glass, Stay Cool and Greta.

Vanessa Hudgens: The Paparazzi Are Obnoxious
Vanessa Hudgens thinks the paparazzi in Sydney, Australia are obnoxious and invasive, The Daily Telegraph reports.
The 19-year-old starlet sat down with the Aussie newspaper and spoke of her dislike for them. “I mean, put yourself in my situation: people who you do not know taking pictures of you in your own room! It’s obnoxious and invasive, and I don’t know why they would do it,” she said.
Vanessa also says that the attention she gets is a tad overwhelming at times: “We have had a few crazy premieres, including in Mexico, where there were about 140 security guards there holding barricades up around us. I’m kind of claustrophobic, so being caged in every so often gets kind of frightening.”

Demi Lovato sat down and blogged on bullies on her MySpace during her lunch break on the set of Sonny With A Chance on Wednesday afternoon.
Here’s what the 16-year-old actress and singer had to say on bullying: “I’ve been talking to a few fans lately and I’ve been fortunate enough to maintain a friendship with them over myspace or emails and even though our lives are completely different, we still have one thing in common; having trouble dealing with the cruelty of others. Or some people call it bullying. I’ve dealt with it before until I made the decision to homeschool but sometimes it seems as if it doesn’t just end in high-school. Sometimes I get online and read blogs (which I probably shouldn’t if I can’t handle it) and read the horrible things that people say in comments… and it can really take a toll on you. Verbal abuse can be just as harmful as physical abuse. The fans that I have stayed in touch tell me all the time that they’re either being harassed online or being beaten at school and it hurts me to hear that. I took the easy road out and decided to homeschool but unfortunately not everyone has that option. So as a message to everyone, please keep in mind when you’re about to threaten someone, make fun of them or leave blog comments about them…that what you say or do to others can truly affect someone. And as cheesy and lame as it may sound… never forget the golden rule. And by the way, I wanted to say how thankful i am for you all. I’m so honored to be in the position that I’m in. You all have saved me.”
Demi’s new show, Sonny With A Chance, is about a talented Midwestern girl who has won a nationwide talent search to move to Los Angeles and star in a popular television series. The series will debut in 2009 on Disney Channel.

Drake Bell and Josh Peck are reuniting this holiday season for an upcoming Christmas special, Merry Christmas, Drake & Josh, that will air on Nickelodeon on Friday, December 5th.
The two-hour TV movie guest stars Henry Winkler as a fair-minded judge and Kimbo Slice as a good-hearted ex-jailbird who help Drake and Josh keep their Christmas promise to a family of foster kids. The Christmas special will reunite the entire original cast of the award winning series including Miranda Cosgrove, Jerry Trainor and Allison Scagliotti. Drake and his band will even appear with rocking renditions of Jingle Bells and The 12 Days of Christmas.

High School Musical 3 Premieres in Australia

I wept my eyes out on our final scene when the curtain came down. I had that bitter-sweet moment parents have when they send their kids off to college. I do fear for them because it’s a fickle industry and there’s lots of traps. But I have great confidence … that they are going to make good decisions and stay around for a minute.”

Zac Efron is Water Taxi Tough
Zac Efron flexes his leading man muscles on Sunday as he enjoys a water taxi harbor cruise ride with girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens, pal Ashley Tisdale and HSM3 director Kenny Ortega at Circular Quay Wharf in Sydney, Australia.
Earlier in the day, Zac and Vanessa were seen in their CBD hotel room in Sydney. Later, the young stars dined at the Catalina restaurant on the harbor and then indulged in some retail therapy at Ksubi.
